I feel the staff need to be retrained in caring for patients. There was more pen pushing than involvement with the patients. A smile would have been nice from time to time.. Being in hospital is not a nice experience to begin with. So unfriendly staff who were unwilling to get simple things for you. Being told to drink plenty of fluids. Yet the staff would not let you have more than three cups of tea a day . Absolutely appalling, how are you expected to get better. I found them rude and abrupt, pulling there faces and being sarcastic. When in need of asking for anything, it was just to much of an effort for them to do anything.
