I was referred to this Hospital and they cancelled my appointment twice due to staff training just three days before. I can understand once, but twice? Outpatient Booking doesn't work properly.

The hospital itself I was sent to various diffierent departments before I was directed correctly - can’t fault the consultant once I arrived though

Having attended the Medical Centre in Hunstanton about some specks of blood in my urine, my GP referred me to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn for a urology investigation. I was seen and processed almost immediately on arrival. Doctor and nursing staff were utterly professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. The whole experience was easy and painless and I was completely reassured - and very impressed by what might otherwise have been a worrying episode. Full marks!
