Having all the information prior to surgery is extremely helpful and calm nerves. Whenever anyone in the group had a question the staff were great at responding to queries about my after effects of a previous surgery on my knee to the physio test the time to show me extra exercises to combat the issue. Everyone is lovely :-)

The nurse's was very helpful with information that was really good, but the waiting was far too long. Came in 7 am and wasn't taken in surgery after 12:55 but was told why the delay.
