Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt very well looked after.
There was quite a lot of waiting around, even though I was asked to come earlier than my appointment time. It could have been nice to have an expected discharge time to plan the rest of the day.

The staff was friendly if you asked them, they answered straight away, if you needed anything they went and get it if they could.
