I feel the rheumatology clinic is well run but sometimes have to wait quite long to be seen by the consultant. The last time my blood was ordered, they were missing on the screen. Moreover, there was a urine test on my hospital number ordered by A and E which were not supposed to be for me, as I had not attended A and E.
