Eastham ward staff have been very caring towards looking after my nan. Majority of the staff were polite and caring and spoke with respect when talking to myself and my nan. The manager dealt well with an issue we had in a professional manner. The nurses spoke well and answered any concerns I had. Overall, majority of Eastham ward nurses have by far been the best nurses I have come across as they are polite and caring and understanding. Improvement: - Nurses should try to attend to the patients quicker when they press their bell. - Also nurses should ask to speak to family member(s) when they want to speak about the patient and not visitors who come to visit the patient.
