Staff are absolutely fantastic here - really empathetic and caring and made me feel reassured and welcome but still informed and asked my preferences at every stage - cannot fault them. Facilities are comfortable and clean. Don't need any improvements - perhaps a few more pillows would be nice for patients. Staying overnight! :-)
