Good - Service delivered by the doctor upon finally being seen.
Poor - No system in place he queue jumped prior to doors open. Those that run into clinic as soon as doors open is unfair.
- No CCTV camera for security reasons.
- Gentleman by the name of Ashley should not have been seen before myself or 6 other people he quickly jumped.
