The general treatment by the medical team were excellent as well as the team in charge of the patient's meal. I will say improvement should be placed on the number of nurses caring for 24 patients (especially during the night where patient needs instant assistance).
In addition, sensitive issues (like patient- nurse dispute) should be addressed ASAP. I wasn't happy with racial statements and dis-respect shown by a patient.
