Lack of communication between Midwifes and patient. Different canular was left for over 72 hours. Laxative was given at 11:30pm,had to struggle to get to bathroom at 3am and clean up the mess that was made on her hands and knees. Was given good after c section Epidural was given in wrong place. Waters were broken for 15 hours before deciding to give section.
