This was my first annual review and I was unsure of what to expect. Louise made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and took the time to get all the info on my background and was able to offer great advice going forward. The examination was harmless and I was comfortable at all times. Another colleague (Tammy) was asked to attend to discuss my stoma who also was very attentive and offered great care and advice. I absolutely would not have any hesitation asking for their help and returning in the future. Thank you to you both.
