The visit came about because I asked to change my stoma products having sourced samples from other suppliers myself. Initially I spoke with Dillon (I didn’t catch his surname) on the phone and his level of customer service was some of the best I have ever come across, he was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This led to a phone call and an appointment with Andrew Bird who again was brilliant. Having had 2 stomas now for almost 5 years I would say this was the single most informative and beneficial meeting I have had with any health care professional. I couldn’t have asked for more! The only negative I can think of is that I have not been dealing with these 2 people for the past 5 years. Between the 2 of them they have opened my eyes as to what NAMS are really there for.
