Louise has been really helpful appreciating that it is important to me that I continue to use a flushable bag. She has provided me with barrier rings, but they have not entirely solved the leakage problem. We are now communicating by e-mail and she has sent samples for me to try, as it is difficult for me to attend the clinic as we do not have a car.
