Do to COVID and staff working from home it does take a while to get through on the phone. But once I spoke to the lady she very quickly put me through to speak to a stoma nurse. He was so lovely as I was very anxious and offered a video call. A really good one to one consultation in my own home with plenty of practical advice
He provided me with an email address to contact him should I have further concerns which was very reassuring.
