Provide a container for water to wet wash stoma site.
Provide instructions / map for public transport users to find location. It was very difficult to find from the tram. I kept getting stuck outside the Travel Lodge on google street view when I tried a walk through..

Thank you for taking the time to offer suggestions on how we can improve. We can certainly provide a container for water for those unable to get to the sink in the clinic room. I am pleased to report that our clinic appointment letters now have a map with directions on how to get to the clinic which is available upon request.
