I arrived in Nottinghamshire from Wiltshire in 2012 with a Stoma. The prescription system then was GP based and it was totally useless and inconvenient. Then came NAMS - what a contrast. There were teething problems but things soon settled down to the supreme service now provided. Ordering a repeat prescription is easy and the response (no pun) is very fast and accurate. Requests for adjustments to quantity etc are listened to and executed sympathetically. Keep up the good work!

I cannot fault the excellent service and its politeness.
