I have had a recent issue with my mucus fistula stoma and karen took me through to the room and treated me with the up most respect. She also sat down and took the time out to listen to my problems and then came back to me with all the answers i needed aswell as pointing me in the right direction for follow ups. VERY PROFESSIONAL and thankyou
