Louise was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, making recommendations to help with all aspects of my medical predicament. She was friendly and easy to get on with, which I appreciated.

All together a very pleasant experience dealing with Andrew who treated me with respect and was very helpful. He gave me some advice on looking after my stoma which was appreciated .
