As it was my first visit I was quite nervous, however Louise put me at ease the moment I met her. She listened carefully to all I had to say and commented on various issues giving me reassurance. Louise also gave me her contact number in case I ever had a problem which if ever I needed to ask advice I wouldn’t hesitate to use now I have met her. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone who needed stoma care.
Thank you very much indeed, your feedback is much appreciated. I look forward to seeing you again

The nurse was totally professional and friendly. I felt very much at ease and was able to be frank with her. She explained about my problem and how I can manage it. She is also referring me for a house visit re additional equipment/help.
Very pleased with the meeting as this is the first appointment I have been offered since my operation in February 2020.

Louis the stoma nurse gave me good advice on different products that would benefit me in my day to day living and even looking at a support belt for me to wear . This was very helpful because of my mass around the stoma l don't go out of my home but to get chemo at city hospital Nottingham it would be nice to go out somewhere else thank you Louis for all your help.
Thanks for sharing. I hope the advice and support Louise has given you will give you the confidence to go out somewhere nice.
