It’s now a fantastic service with Andrew Bird and Tammy temple fronting the care It’s now a slick and professional operation, and believe me at the beginning it was not fit for purpose

I was so very pleased with my examination and the professional way it was carried out. My nurse who name was Lynn explained to me everything that was happening, and I was informed totally explicitly with any questions I asked. Lynn was very polite and pleasant throughout the appointment

There's nothing that you could have done to make the examination go any better, It was first class treatment.

I was given the time to talk about my concerns. The Nurse listened with empathy. The Nurse gave me useful advice and information. The Nurse has put me onto a new product to trial.

He didn’t ask for consent explicitly, however it was likely clear that I was happy with this.

Suggested improvements
By far the most comfortable I have felt with a stoma nurse. He treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say. I did not at any point feel patronised, which I have felt on all prior consultations with different nurses.
