I found the Nurse Mr Andrew Bird very informative with a kind and compassionate manner which made me feel very at ease.
I have been using NAMS nearly 3 years and as of writing I can find no faults with their service.

Andrew took a lot of time to listen to my concerns over never having a 5 year sign off appointment at the qmc after having colorectal cancer and my bottom sewn up. He was also proactive in advice about the referral made by my gp over a year ago for a likely prolapsed bowel. Again he will see if there is anything he can do to get a diagnosis from the hospital for me over this. Also gave me a couple of bags to try to see if they are kinder to my skin.

I am so thankful for the excellent treatment I received. My nurse was Tammy Temple. She has a great big heart, listen to my problems patiently and even solve most of them. Truly professional appointment, advice and help.

Was treated with respect, Nurse certainly knew her job and was sympathetic to the problem in my instance. Very professional, arrived in the timeframe given, very pleased. If there was a grading system out of ten, it would definitely be twelve!
