I am receiving the best care possible and it is nice to know there is someone I can talk to if I have a problem

I don’t think there is anything that can be done better
Whenever I ring for a Perscription I am always asked if everything is ok and they are so pleasant
The nurse I had on video today was lovely and understanding

After 5 years of dealing with the NAMS service there has not been any hick-ups in ordering or delivering my stoma stuff in a timely way... always in 3 days or less...
The staff now the system very well indeed & have never faltered in any way...
