This was my first time here and was made to feel really comfortable and at ease with my issues , I was listened to and was given the best advice about my concerns , I was made to feel as though I’m going to be looked after and if I need any help or advice it will always there . It was nice being made feel normal by Tammy , the nurse that saw me

I really appreciate the time that I was given by Andrew he was very attentive, caring. He was a very understanding nature, offering help and advice, in a helpful, friendly manner, excellent treatment.

The video assessment was excellent in every way. I had asked for the appointment to be with Nurse Tammy Temple as she had carried out the previous annual assessment, an equally positive experience. Nurse Tammy Temple is able to combine consummate professional expertise with exceptional communication skills and to empathise with the patient.

My nurse (sorry I can’t remember her name but it was 9.30 on Saturday the 6th aug 22) was amazing she genuinely seemed to care about my and other stone patient needs and was diligent and attentive. Can’t thank her enough
