Always been happy with face to face consultation. But over the phone its just a total waste of time and expense, and has been since nams took over the ordering system. Hopefully now Andy has requested me to email him when a problem arisers in favor then the phone will improve matters.

Cannot fault our nurse today. She was kind, patient and informative. The issue regarding wearing clothes I want is because I do not feel confident to since my operation.

The nurse (Michaela Parker) was very supportive, compassionate, caring, attentive & helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. I felt I was listened to & advised throughout.
