He listened to me and gave me advice I was having a bad day and when I left I felt much better, I really couldn’t thank him enough, thank you Andrew!!

The video call was excellent, Tamatha was exceptional, she made me feel at easy, was very empathetic, and some very useful real-world advice. She is a credit to the service and to the NHS!
