Nurse Louise was efficient helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall the NAMS ordering system is excellent. Only drawback is the availability of a stoma nurse to see me at home as I rang you about my annual review in November and was only seen today.
The provision of support wear is also disappointingly slow as this was discussed also in November and nothing has happened yet regarding new support wear.

The stoma nurse was very kind and caring, listened to my problems and treated me with compassion and it was a very helpful appointment to have.

The video connection lost signal but that can happen on any zoom call.

First time using the service. Was really pleased with the overall consultation. Was able to speak freely and ask any questions. Was given information regarding different products, and how they work. Allowed to take samples away to try and see if they would be better for my needs
