It took few weeks to have the first appointment after I contacted the Therapy Center for the first appointment and I got my second appointment after 4 weeks I had my second appointment. I had proper advise about the exercise for my back and knee pain when I the first appointment and did not receive the proper advice when I had my second appointment. I got my third appointment after 6 weeks and I feel it was too long and they could have given in 4 weeks time. To improve the service Therapy center can give the appointments on time without delay and the length between the appointments has to be within 4 weeks as it is good for checking improvements and changing the treatment including the exercises according the improvement.

Saw Alex for physio, and also Matthew on one occasion. Found both to be very informative and supportive. My progress has been better than I initially expected. 5 stars all round!

This is the only medital support I have received that has made me feel listened to and had people who understood and cared. All the different members of staff brought their skills and helped me without making me feel stupid or pressured. The group taught me that to help my pain I had to help and push myself to try and be active. The group never gave me goals out of reach and the activities were within my ability. Overall a very positive experience that is helping me with my everyday life. Many thanks.

Found it helpful. Made me able to cope with chronic pain. Not the pain itself but how to copy in my mind.
