I felt comfortable all the way through from the arrival till the end of the appointment.
The staff were very kind, caring and that is what we need when going through procedures such as termination so thank you. :-)

The receptionist are friendly and efficient and give me telephone reminders. The Dr is thorough and caring and is concerned about my future well being. She has a very good manner and trust her to have my interests at heart.
