-Appointment at 10 am but didn't see anyone until 10.45 am - too long to wait.
-Turn TV off in waiting room.
-No mobile phone/silent would be good in waiting room.
-Male toilets required.
-Less plastic (water) in waiting room.

I felt well taken care of. The nurse was very reassuring and comforting. The service here is great and I am thankful to the staff who took care of me. The only improvement I suggest is that some nurses came in for a chat with staff and were quite loud which did distress me a little when I rested. All in all, great service and staff. Thank you.

The nurse and doctor including the reception are really nice, patient and friendly. I feel very comfortable for being treated in Mile end hospital.
