Exercises are tailored. Sessions are too short and bookings take weeks. Difficult to progress.

I was engaged and supported by the physian. I was motivated to continue at home. My health was considered during sessions.
In my session there were some patients who couldn't speak English and translating slammed down the session and some of the work cont. I would prefer all English speaking patients.

Very polite.
Good listening skills.
Very clear with movement guidance and exercises.
Re improvement - had to wait quite a long time to be seen e.g 20-30 mins.
