Great nurse, very nice, consideration, efficient and knows what she's talking about.
Very well treated, lots of information and taking what I want/need into consideration.

Cassandra was very informative and answered all my questions/went through my options with me.
She also tried get me seen for another clinic today but as it is busy gave me information for tomorrow.

Very friendly nurse (Cassandra). No embarrassment. The initial wait for an appointment took place in a very overcrowded corridor. However, it is assumed this cannot be helped.

One thing to be improved on will be the waiting times.

I was here from 10 am, checked in and was then told I will be seen at 2 pm! I have a BWR baby that I had to leave at home as I was told babies are not allowed, I think if it is done by slots that should be explained over the phone when a person calls!
Not happy at all with service!
