Cassandra took great care of me and made the questions I thought were stupid seem more legitimate. Waiting times were not bad (I had expected to be here all afternoon).
All of my questions were answered clearly and I was given great advice and solutions.

I found staff very helpful Shammi helped me fill out the form and Cheryl was very patient and lovely.
Shammi came to interpret for me as I did not understand everything.
