Chad and Cheryl have been fantastic. They have made me feel confident and put my fears to calm. They are super friendly, kind, sweet and makes my experience of coil removal and insert much better than I thought.
They are amazing!

Some of the nursing staff were caring and compassionate. However, one nurse shouted at us about why we didn't bring home cooked food in for my mum. I work first time so there was no way I could do this.
