The receptionist is extremely unhelpful. The booking system needs to be reviewed as it is very inconvenient.

Friendly, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent care. The initial organising of appointment was the only thing which could have been a tiny bit sooner, however once organised, all went very quickly and smoothly, with the highest level of care.

She explained her role and introduced herself, so very welcoming.
Was nervous about getting my implant out, although she helped me relax by talking to me.
Excellent service.
