I was very disappointed to hear thinking of closing the Mile End Centre and moving to Bart's and Royal London. This will deter young and old from attending and seeking the help they need. It's a recipe for disaster.

Great.
-The staff nurse asking very thoroughly questions about my case and providing great tips and advice.
-To be improved.
Wait time (35 minutes) despite arriving 10 minutes early and booking a fixed appointment online.
