Rachael was my nurse and she was fantastic! I was very nervous about getting my implanon.
She was caring to my situation, very informative and made me feel very comfortable.
If I could see her every time rather than GP, I would!!

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would certainly recommend the ward to others.
Made me aware of the procedures etc necessary and what was next.
Felt like there was a high level of empathy too.

When seen by the consultants/doctors I felt well informed, however felt like sitting in between session long and informed.
