The politeness of the staff, however the waiting time was a bit ridiculous. As well as the communication between colleagues over rooms could be improved.

Maureen was very good and extremely helpful.
She advised of all the contraceptions that were available to me and talked me through them.
Maureen was non judgmental and very supportive.
