The staff were amazing and supportive.
The facilities could be improved by offering beds and I think the policy of partners not being allowed should be up to the client.

Good and fair care, not long wait and attentive treatment. Cassandre went through all options and possible causes for my "complain". I found her very easy going, didn't feel embarrassed and was very well treated. A bit of confused to find a room at first as all were busy from morning services overlapping, but all was good overall.
