Kim's and Cheryl's service today was excellent! They were very compassionate towards the patients providing them with the care and comfort needed to go through this extremely painful procedure, so a massive thank you to Kim and Cheryl for helping me get through this, couldn't have done it without you guys! :-)

The nurse explained everything to me. Time waiting was so long and I was getting fed-up with it. The government do something about in order to cut down the waiting time.
