I felt at ease, the procedures were explained very clearly. I was reassured and explained on what after care I needed. I was treated with dignity and shown respect. Both was very friendly and kind. Thank you ladies.

Very calm and comforting staff.
I saw Cheryl - who made the process easy and simple.
The team did a double check at a symptom also, which was thorough.

Extremely friendly, felt comfortable during consultation. Can tell she cares about what she does. Previous experiences were not pleasant but, will feel more comfortable to return in the future. Thank :-).

Everything was really well explained by Cassandra, she was very kind and caring. Lisa, who observed the implant removal was also very kind. I felt comfortable throughout.
