Nurse, councillor, doctor and reception staff were helpful and discreet.
I would improve waiting times if possible.

Reception was calm and friendly.
Waiting area was noisy and not calming. Maybe an area for silence and soft music.

Sensitivity.
During the scan - I asked not to see the scan.
After the scan - there was no attempt made to keep the scan hidden which I felt was unfair. Apart from that all good.
