My physiotherapist was a good listener and attentive, kept on trying different exercises until we found ones that not bed.
Sometimes it was difficult to understand what she was trying to get at with her questions, so I wasn't sure how to answer.
The time between the appointments was too long, with the physio advising 2-3 weeks, but no appointments would be available for 4-5 weeks, which I felt made progress slower.
