I needed to call to explain that I was stuck in traffic and would be late. Despite various attempts over the cause of 50 minutes I could not get through and had to leave a message which only has a target of response within 24 hours. I've had problem with this contact number almost every time I have needed to use it it the phone every manned. The therapist made time to see me despite my extremely late arrival.
