Good.
1) Debbie was a consummate professional and made me feel at ease instantly.
2) Debbie also discussed the community of certain viral infections and how it's very easy to mistake or confuse with different diseases.
Bad.
1) Spoke to Annemarie, the technician, whom spoke to me in a very judgmental manner.Had difficulty speaking or understanding herself. She took off laughing from the room.
