Share review of Mile End Hospital
Today (termination) was good service. Cheryl was kind, efficient and nonjudgmental, both nurses friendly. Organised and done in a timely manner, glad I'm allowed to have a friend and to go home. Before hand the service could have been much better.
1.The telephone number on website wasn't working so I had to come in to get an appointment date to see Dr.

When I came for initial appointment it was over two hours delayed, I saw the counsellor and was told I'd see the Dr - I waited and then informed by reception staff that the Dr had run out of slots and I would have to be seen in 1 week. I became very distressed and eventually I came back to the unit and demanded to be seen; after waiting a worrying extra hour or so I was seen by a Dr that day and had me scan and the termination appointments. A receptionist was very kind to me and explained. But overall the day had upset me greatly.
