The reception staff was very unsympathetic and blunt about my 1st referral letter by expired (I lost 2 weeks to the lacking problem, with no entire time off work to go to another hospital). Made me feel very unfairly treated on I was struggling with coming here to get checked, get time off work and many suitable times were cleaning lacking scandal that is needed learnt especially not wished.
