Whilst perhaps kindness and compassion are greatest people have come to expect from healthcare professional, I don't think it should be taken for granted. I want to give a sincere and heartfelt thank you to the team taking care of me and others - during what was quite an emotional and frightening treatment. The team couldn't have done better.
