Nothing was good. Had an appointment at 09.15 am was changed to 11.30 am, then a day before the appointment received a call from the ambulance service that the appointment will be 10.30 am and so was picked up and dropped off at 10.20 am. Was at the hospital till 12.05 pm. Not seeing a doctor or anyone, so asked to call the ambulance.
