Stayed at manchester royal a couple of times and allways found the staff very kind and helpfull the staff always try treat you with the upmost respect. Talking to the doctors or nurses is easy as they get down to your level instead of stand over you and they try to explain thing as simple as possible even drawing what they are trying to explain. I personal have shared may jokes and laughs with doctors and nurses.
