Although I was well cared for by doctors and nurses I found MRI to be a somewhat mediocre environment: 1. Cleanliness was an issue, especially around the main doors; 2. There was absolutely NO privacy and other patients could hear doctors giving advice and diagnosis. THIS IS MY MAIN COMPLAINT; 2. The high dependency unit, although clean, was so busy at night that sleep was a problem; 3. The domestic staff in both the HDU and the normal ward were not always polite.
